Alphabet Study

This was... some number project for Calligraphy. The instruction was to compose an arrangement of letters in either Uncial or Blackletter. I chose Uncial because... well... I thought I'd be in the minority. I was wrong. Apparently black letter scared people away. Oh well.

The black background is an ink wash, and the white and blue lettering is done with a standard dip pen in gouache (I think the blue is gouache... it might be opaque ink).
