This is my current desktop with a glimpse at my interface.

As you might have noticed, it's been customized, including icons, and interface sights and sounds, in a Super Mario theme.

Folders are ? blocks, the trash icon makes the iconic "joot joot joot" warp pipe sound when emptied, deleting files plays the classic SMB death jingle, along with other little subtleties.

I'm not going to make these customizations available at this point in time. Maybe someday.

What program do I use to...?

I use Photoshop to create the icon images, and I use a program called img2icns to convert the .pngs to .icns format. Then I use Candybar to apply the icons.

I just mess with the system files to change sounds and other stuff that can't be changed with a setting or application.

Ah okay, see I never got the img2icns app. I've just been editing them in photoshop and replacing the original icons by over righting them, but it had some weird affects. Thanks for the tip ;]
